Copyright on all AGA materials are transferred to UMBC with the exception of published print materials including journals, newsletters, books, and Proceedings. Reproductions allowed for research purposes.

Boxes were donated in Summer 2008. Additional print journals were acquired in 2009.
Collection unprocessed. During rehousing of the material in 2008, stinkbugs were located in the files. The boxes were sent for freezing and vacuuming and were returned in Spring 2009. Special Collections staff vacuumed and refoldered the materials.
