Elaine Eff is a Maryland folklorist and served as director of the Maryland Historical Trust's cultural conservation program. She was also co-director of the Maryland Traditions program (co-founded by the Maryland Historical Trust and the Maryland State Arts Council). She was previously the official folklorist for the city of Baltimore.
