Students from the UMBC Interdisciplinary CoLab chose specific areas within the East Baltimore Documentary Photography Project to focus on in individualized projects. Ideas for these topics were taken from the original project proposal written by Linda Rich, as well as common themes observed by the students from the photos and interviews from the collection.
