Margery Crandon<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Mina “Margery” Crandon (1888-1941) was a medium who claimed to channel her late brother, Walter Stinson. She was the subject of public controversy and skepticism, especially from magician Harry Houdini, who attempted to expose her for feigning psychical abilities. She nonetheless had many supporters, including prominent figures like Sir Arthur Conan Doyle and Sir Oliver Lodge.
