The letter is dated January 15, 1965. His most famous works are &#8220;Manhattan Transfer&#8221; and the &#8220;USA Trilogy.&#8221; He was well-traveled, and spent time in Europe learning about classical art, architecture, and literature. Dos Passos was also known as a social revolutionary; he studied socialism and briefly followed the Communist movement until the Spanish Civil War changed his views.<\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"scope\">Scope &#038; Content<\/h2><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Single item.<\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"provenance\">Provenance Information<\/h2><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Accession information is unknown.<\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Upon arrival this letter was housed in an acid free folder in a box with 4 other manuscripts.
