He completed his M.A. (1961) and Ph.D. (1966) degrees from Yale University. La Noue has written and taught on the areas of education policy, constitutional law and policy, and public prrocurement policy.<\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"scope\">Scope &#038; Content<\/h2><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This collection is arranged into three series: Series I. Chapters. Series II. Oral Histories. Series III. Supporting Documents.<\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"provenance\">Provenance Information<\/h2><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Donated by Dr. George La Noue, UARC 2015-21.<\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Collection rehoused, arranged, and described in 2016 by graduate assistant Tucker Foltz with assistance from Archivist Lindsey Loeper. Several publications were removed from the collection, including books from the Library collection or university publications. In each case, document removal forms were completed.<\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"access\">Access &#038; Use<\/h2><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">No restrictions.<\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Reproductions allowed for research purposes.
