Dr. Kraft&#8217;s files contain research pertaining to the Jane Addam&#8217;s biography, the 1920&#8217;s and 1930&#8217;s, concepts and constructions of the peace movement, and the internment of Japanese-Americans during WWII. Kraft was a freelance writer, editor and historian in Washington, D.C. She wrote &#8220;The Peace Ship: Henry Ford&#8217;s Pacifist Adventure in the First World War&#8221; (Macmillan, 1978) and was an editor on the Booker T. Washington Papers project, among others.
