Administrative\/Biographical Note<\/h1>\n

Dr. Morton Rubin began working at UMBC in 1973 in the Physics Department and was influential in establishing pre-engineering courses at UMBC in 1976. Dr. Rubin retired from UMBC in 2009 and was awarded Emeritus Professor status.<\/p>\n
