Abstract:<\/td>\nBinder containing company history, information, price sheets, and photographs of La Manufacture Nationale de Porcelained de Baudour (the Belgian porcelain manufacturer Baudour). All material is undated, but appears to be from the mid to late 20th Century. Contained in the binder is a business card of Rex Eugene Pingle, International Assistant at the First National Bank of Maryland.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

Administrative\/Biographical Note<\/h1>\n

Engineer Francois DeClercq established the first Baudour porcelain factory in Belgium in 1842. In 1880 the French government awarded the company to the Fuisseaux family. It changed hands numerous times until 1977, when NGK was invited to join Baudour.<\/p>\n
