Daw Books Inc.’s address and the number “#UY117” are stamped on the title page. The manuscript is 198 pages, and divided between two folders. There is no date on the manuscript, but the novel was published in 1976.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

A. Bertram Chandler was a British-Australian author of science fiction. His pseudonyms included George Whitely, George Whitley, Andrew Dunstan, and S. H. M. Chandler wrote 200 pieces of short fiction and over 40 novels. He also won the Ditmar Awards for one of his short stories and three of his novels, including “The Big Black Mark” (which was published in 1976).<\/p>\n
