(Architects and Planners), Rummel, Klepper, and Kahl (Site Engineers), and Egli and Gompf, Inc. (Mechanical and Electrical engineers) were asked to create a Master Plan for use as a record of the campus development and as a tool for future expansion of the new campus. The resulting Master Plan made many cogent observations that have shaped the development even up to the present.
