The Irvings Give a Demonstration

The image shows Mr. Irving standing on the bed in his room. He is pointing to the fingers of Mrs. Irving, coming through a slit in the slanted rafter connected to their daughter Voirrey's room; she is demonstrating how Gef has appeared.

On the back of the photograph is the caption, “The position in which Gef showed his fingers, with Mrs. Irving understudying for Gef in Voirrey’s room and Mr. Irving pointing at them in his bedroom.”
