“Ghosts are good for tourists”

Article clipping, "Ghosts are good for tourists" The text reads: "Ghosts are good for tourists" Recent publicity in the national press over the Borley ghost should mean an increase in the number of tourist visitors to this part of the country later in the year. A leading tourist agency in London reports that more Americans than ever will be visiting Britain this summer. Most of them, he said, want to visit haunted houses and halls. This part of the country probably has more ghosts than any other part of England so it should attract a fair proportion of the tourist trade.

Some speculated that the publicity of ghost stories would attract tourists.
