Voirrey Pointing to Gef’s Hiding Place

The photograph shows Voirrey Irving pointing to a hole in the ceiling. Her father Jim Irving is shown reading a newspaper. Gef was said to read from Mr. Irving's paper from this location.

From a hole in the ceiling, Gef would often read the newspaper over Mr. Irving’s shoulder and make comments about recent news.

Handwritten in pen on the back: “III. Voirrey points to the hole in the ceiling through which Gef reads the newspaper when Mr. Irving holds it.”
