The Nimslo was a completely automatic, stereo, 35mm camera. It was also the first 35mm lenticular camera—the prints appeared 3D. No glasses needed! Stereo cameras have two separate lenses that imitate human binocular vision—producing 3D images. The photographs were also printed on paper that caused an illusion of depth. However, high production costs discouraged sales and the novelty soon wore off.
