Zines Go To War

Many fanzines were written in the periods before, during, and after WWII. As such, the war had a noticeable impact on the content of the zines. This included political commentary through essays, short stories featuring themes of war, and personal accounts of how the war affected contributors of the zines. The following section will explore these topics further in the form of digital stories.

Imagination!

Imagination! featured political commentary on the state of the conflict and discussed the role of the science fiction fandom leading up to WWII.
