Administrative/Biographical Note
F. Belle Devilbiss was a Baltimore city school teacher, who at least taught in the
mid-to-late nineteenth century. Devilbiss taught a variety of subjects, including
arithmetic, history, geography, drawing, and singing. This ledger also includes a
selection of quotations and letter copies, as well as handwritten financial information
from 1954. This financial information includes that of other members of the Devilbiss
Family.

Organized into 1 bound journal. Sections include: history, quotation, geography, handwritten
financial information (dated 1954), drawing, singing, algebra, business notes, Latin,
and botany. Sections are often separated by blank pages.
