Contained in the binder is a business card of Rex Eugene Pingle, International Assistant at the First National Bank of Maryland. |

Administrative/Biographical Note
Engineer Francois DeClercq established the first Baudour porcelain factory in Belgium in 1842. In 1880 the French government awarded the company to the Fuisseaux family. It changed hands numerous times until 1977, when NGK was invited to join Baudour.
